Smoked Pork Ribs with Red Cabbage:

Crock Pot cooking is wonderful!  All you need for this is:

1  Package of Kramer’s Smoked Pork Ribs

1-2  jars of your favorite red cabbage (or homemade red cabbage)

Open a package of Kramer’s Smoked Pork Ribs and cut them apart, as close to each rib as you can, so each bone has a nice portion of meat attached.

Put the meat in the crock pot first, and then cover with the red cabbage.  Place the lid on the crock pot, and cook on low for at least 4 hours.  (You can even start it in the morning before leaving for work.)  Serve with your favorite potatoes or other complementary side dish.

Figure 2-4 ribs per serving, so plan accordingly as to how much you will need, and adjust the amount of red cabbage to match.  The crock pot doesn’t mind if it is half full, or completely full!

 

Smoked Pork Chops with Red Cabbage:

OK, a variation of the theme of the smoked pork ribs.  Did we mention that Crock Pot cooking is wonderful?!
